- Sending (by mail, fax, e-mail or other means) publications, articles, other legal information and greeting cards such as New Year’s cards;
- Response to inquiries;
- Screening or contacting candidates for recruitment and human resource management after the selection; or
- Any other purpose incidental to those listed above.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and all other relevant laws and regulations, with regards to the provision of personal information to third parties.
Security of Personal Information
We will handle all the personal information in an appropriate manner, to prevent the disclosure or loss of, tempering with, or damage to, any personal information in our custody, by implementing operational procedures and instructing our staff.
Requests for Handling Personal Information
When receiving a request for disclosing, amending, supplementing or deleting the information,
temporarily suspending or permanently ceasing the use of the information, ceasing the provision
of the information to a third party, or describing the purpose of using the information, from an
individual on whom we have the personal information, we will promptly respond to that request in
good faith in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, after confirming that the
request is from the individual himself/herself.
Please not that we may not be able to respond to such request, if it does not meet the
requirements of the Personal Information Protection Act or if we are authorized by the law or
related legislations to refuse your request.
We may also charge a handling fee with respect to any request for disclosing the purpose of use
of the personal information that we have.
Collection of Access Log
This website may collect information on hardware or software of a viewer’s computer. The information includes domain name, IP address, type of browser, access date and time, and website URL. We use such information only for the general statistics in order to monitor unauthorized access and to improve securities and quality of the service, and never use it for the purpose of identifying individual information.

We continuously strive to improve our policies and procedures for the handling of personal information. This privacy policy may be amended when needed.
